With 28 years of experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, I have had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of clients, from independent entrepreneurs to large national companies.
I specialise in transforming bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels and domestic interiors through innovative design solutions. My skill set covers concept creation, detailed drawing packages, visualisations, scheme development, cost control, and on-site job management.
For the last five years at a previous practice I served as Design Director, managing a team of designers and technicians across projects from vibrant bars and cosy pubs to elegant restaurants — overseeing every detail from conceptualisation to on-site execution and final completion.
